For athletes

* Coffee with skim milk.
* A slice of whole wheat bread with a French omelette of a whole egg and two egg whites of another egg with two slices of diced Iberian ham.
* A piece of fruit


For men

* Coffee with skim milk.
* A slice of whole wheat bread with a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
Two slices from Iberian ham.
* A piece of fruit (anyone except banana, mango and melon).

For women

* Coffee with skim milk.
* Two crispened whole wheat bread biscuits with a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
* Two slices of Iberian ham.
* A piece of fruit (anybody except banana, mango and melon).



MIDMORNING



* A piece of fruit (anyone except banana, mango and melon).
* Two nuts.

FOOD

* Drink: A glass of red wine, approximately 150 ml. Option only for men.
* Avoid: Bread.
* Food: Mushrooms fried with Iberian ham taquitos. Grilled beef steak with a dash of Dijon mustard.

SNACK

For athletes

* A skimmed yogurt.
* A toasted whole wheat bread with crushed tomato.
* Two slices of Iberian ham.
* Two nuts.

For men

* Decaffeinated with milk or relax infusion or tila-orange tree.
* A skimmed yogurt.
* Two nuts

For women

* Decaffeinated with milk or relax infusion or tila-orange tree.
* A skimmed yogurt.
* An ounce of pure black chocolate.

DINNER



Drink: A glass of red wine, approximately 150 ml. Men and women.
Avoid: Bread.
Food: A bowl of veggie broth. Two slices of Iberian ham and 100 gr of octopus with fat salt, Capsicum annuum grossum and a drizzle of olive oil. For sweet, an ounce of pure black chocolate.
